It is your responsibility to make sure that all of your listing information including statements, descriptions, disclosures, photographs, etc., are truthful and completely accurate. The data you submit will give your buyers the pre-screening tools they need to make an informed buying decision. You must list the condition of your machinery as Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent. In addition to categorizing the condition you must also declare a rating of the condition. Ratings are on a scale from 1 to 10 with the range being in line with the condition (Examples: Fair = 1 or 2, Good = 3 to 5, Very Good = 6 to 8, Excellent = 9 or 10 ). Disclosure should include obvious items that need or soon will need repair or service in order to operate the machine normally. Last service date is also helpful.Once we have successfully negotiated a sale for you, we arrange for freight and schedule a time for loading. We also collect full payment due to you, the seller, before the equipment leaves your location. You are responsible to disassemble all necessary components and to assist in the loading of the equipment. We notify Buyers that equipment is sold “as is, where is”, with no warranty expressed or implied(subject of course to any warranties or representations made by you as the Seller).
